To ensure fairness to other patients access to care and respect for the practitioner’s time, we require at least 12 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice or failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee, which will be charged directly to you.

Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the clinic.
